FRM is a 100% Territory owned company. Proudly Territory born and bred, FRM’s sole Director Tony McCall has over 35 years experience in the industry. Tony  completed his trade in Darwin working on almost every Woolworths and Coles supermarket across the Northern Territory. His experience in the industry affords FRM the luxury of access to leading edge technology in the design and installation of controlled environment cool rooms, ripening facilities for Australia’s primary producers, duct manufacturing and the fabrication of high quality stainless steel bench work.

FRM specialises in the design, installation and service of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems and is involved in multi-million dollar contract works for Northern Territory projects such as supermarkets, shopping centres, Defence establishments, Casuarina Square, schools and government buildings including Parliament House, Darwin Entertainment Centre and the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.

From humble beginnings with a staff of 5, FRM today has a workforce of 70 highly trained and fully accredited employees.

FRM employs local Territory apprentices, tradesmen and office staff to ensure jobs stay in the Territory.  Local companies are sub-contracted as much as possible and stock is purchased locally if available.

FRM supports the community and is a regular sponsor of many events and non-profit organisations.  From its early beginnings FRM has made available to schools and non-profit organisations free mobile cool rooms for use at events and shows. They have now extended this service to include spot coolers to provide a cool reprieve for the volunteers manning kitchens and event facilities.
