Peter McAuley Centre

Our team installed a new thermal plant made up of two water-cooled screw compressor chillers, two induced draft cooling towers, six close-end coupled pumps, two main chilled water air handling units and one pre-cooling chilled water air handling unit.

MAGNET

This project consisted of the installation of a new 790kW chiller and a new stainless-steel plate heat exchanger to serve the new chiller.

Asian United Food Services

We rebuilt the rack systems which encompassed supply and installation of a 170kW C02 low temperature cascade rack and a 434Kw R134a medium temperature screw rack. For energy cost savings we installed a glycol defrost system heated freely off the medium temperature rack eliminating electric heaters as the system has two defrosts a day for less than 15 minutes. A fully automated Emerson control system with touch screen operation making it user friendly.

Marpu Crocodile Farm

FRM upgraded the refrigeration equipment onsite which included new Emerson Supervisor Control systems, upgraded the refrigerant from R404a to R134a and supply and installation of floor insulation and concrete wearing floors to existing waste cool rooms.

Cazaly’s Bistro Air Conditioning Upgrade

This project included the removal of all existing plant and duct work through Cazalys and supply and installation of new HVAC units, piping, duct work and new Emerson Supervisor Building Management System control systems.

Darwin Entertainment Centre

FRM provided mechanical upgrade of two equal sized water-cooled chillers, one low load water-cooled chiller, three primary chilled water pumps, three condenser water pumps, three secondary chilled water pumps in a lead-lag configuration, two cooling towers and one storage tank (2000L).
