Mechanical Upgrade
The Nightcliff Renal Unit project was a complete upgrade and spatial rearrangement of existing facilities. The works were undertaken in a three stage program of building works to maintain continuous functioning of the renal clinic whilst the upgrades were undertaken. FRM was contracted to decommission, demolish and remove existing air conditioning and distribution systems and install two new air-cooled chillers, chiller management system, three new chilled water air handling units, new manual dosing system, new pressurisation unit and a mechanical services switchboard.
